On street parking is free after 6PM or all day on weekends and holidays.
The Sister City Garage is located on Fitzhugh Street betwen Main Street and Church Street, directly behind the Billtmore Bar and Lounge.
On weekdays, parking is $2 per hour with a maximum of $10. However, if you leave the garage after 10PM, the gate is left open and you don't need to pay.
On weekends, parking is free except when there is a special event.
